Client portal

Portal access is provided to approved clients only. You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Misuse may result in suspension.

Payments

Invoices are payable per agreed terms. Bank transfer instructions shown in the portal are for reference; payment confirmation is applied by our finance team after funds are verified.

Tracking information

Public tracking data is provided for convenience and may be updated as operations progress. It does not replace official shipping documents or customs releases.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Yasmina is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or portal. Carriage liability is governed by applicable conventions and your transport contract.
